I know it's been forever since I posted a proper update, but this is for a very good cause

SashaWren is an amazing artist that is currently offering an amazing bargain for her commissions. She's doing full colored/shaded/with background commissions for only $20!   Tattoo Apprenticeship + CommissionsHi everyone! I realize I've lost a bit of my following since I disappeared for a year or so, but I think I could really use your help. But first of all here's what's going on in my life!
On Monday I'm starting at the Academy of Responsible Tattooing to begin my career as a tattoo artist! I'm extremely excited. Tattoo apprenticeships are incredibly difficult to come by these days and in my opinion the whole industry needs to evolve. These days people go to school to learn how to do anything in the arts - why can't tattooing be the same? Most tattoo schools are awful scams, claiming you'll be a successful artists after two weeks. But A.R.T. is a go-at-your-own-pace program with several stages that ensure you are on your way to being a tattoo artist. It's a really great program and I haven't even started and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be a tattoo artist.
The program isn't free though. I do have a part time job but it's sporadic and sometimes I'll go two weeks without work

Her work is incredibly high quality. I highly recommend her both for her work and her professional and friendly attitude. I'm grabbing a commission myself from her (at last!) because I can finally afford one.

So I recently found this AMAZING group: FriendHunt

And I wanted to share it with you all because it's the best group I have ever been a part of on dA. We have a dream team of staff, all the members are friendly, they host all kinds of fun events, activities and raffles, and we have an awesome chatroom. It's a very active group with a lot of great original ideas and there are awesome things coming up for it in the near future

If you are looking for friends, feedback on your work, and lots of fun social interaction, I HIGHLY recommend this group. Best for this sort of thing BY FAR that I have ever encountered. 

In fact, I love this group so much that I applied right away and they hired me on as an Admin/Chatroom Mod and the friendly, neighborhood IT :3

Hey Everyone!

Just wanted to do a quick update to say that yes, the move went very well, and I am all settled in contentedly in my new flat (The only sad thing is that there isn't room here to do my clay work, so that is put aside until... well hopefully someday again)
